  • Healthcare or Health Insurance experience
  • High School Diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

  • Identify and outreach to providers by phone or in person to educate on Devoted Health and initiate contract process
  • Follow contracting guidelines and processes established by team
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams on contracting roadblocks, issues, concerns
  • Field all calls from providers who are calling to request access to our network
  • Respond appropriately to all emails from providers requesting access to our network
  • Support Network Field Leads in obtaining signatures/counter-signatures on contracts/amendments
  • Support Network Development by coordinating with Network Operations and reviewing necessary worksheets, documents, etc
  • Provide overall support of Network Development and Value Based Contracting Leadership as necessary
