Requirements

  • 5+ years of customer success, account management, or sales experience in a high-tech or SaaS company
  • Experience developing strategies on assigned accounts to fully leverage technology solutions, with a strong background in Digital Marketing and Martech solutions
  • Demonstrated capacity to lead projects from start to finish, applying internal and external resources efficiently
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Enterprise software account management experience with SaaS applications
  • Ability to build trusted relationships with executive sponsors and end users
  • Executive presence: comfortable engaging C-suite collaborators and translating strategy into action
  • Professional fluency in Portuguese, Spanish, and strong business English
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
  • Multi-solution fluency across the Adobe DX stack is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Engage customers in regular business reviews to ensure adoption, marketing maturity advancement, and rapid resolution of concerns
  • Lead post-sales account planning, governance, and executive business reviews (EBRs) for onboarding, adoption, renewal, and expansion
  • Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and close renewal and expansion motions in partnership with Sales; meet or exceed quarterly/annual targets
  • Establish and grow trusted relationships with executive sponsors, decision makers, and end users
  • Develop a strong expertise in Adobe DX products and employ them to deliver measurable business impact
  • Orchestrate Adobe experts, partners, and customer teams to ensure execution against agreed outcomes and timelines
  • Own a portfolio of enterprise customers across Brazil and the region
  • Drive adoption, value realization, renewal, and expansion for all Adobe DX solutions, partnering with Sales, Consulting, Marketing, Renewals, Product teams, and the Partner Ecosystem to deliver measurable business impact
