This role involves pre-sales activities, customer onboarding, and post-sales support. ERP Solution Consultants will take ownership of customer requirements and problems throughout the entire customer journey – from initial discovery to ongoing support and potential upsells. Requirements
- Experience in e-commerce (Shopify, Big Commerce, Woo Commerce, etc.)
- Knowledge of B2B sales platforms, point-of-sale systems, ERPs, 3PLs/warehouse management systems, cart rover, order and inventory management systems (Stitch labs, Brightpearl, Cin7).
- SaaS connectivity solutions experience (Dell Boomi, Workato, Zapier)
- Strong communication (written and verbal) skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Customer-centric approach and empathy.
Responsibilities
