Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in a related field, along with at least 5 years of experience in ERP implementation, particularly within the ecommerce space, and familiarity with platforms such as Shopify, Big Commerce, Woo Commerce, and B2B sales platforms. Experience with ERPs, 3PLs/warehouse management systems, cart rover, order and inventory management systems like Stitch labs, Brightpearl, and Cin7, as well as SaaS connectivity solutions like Dell Boomi, Workato, and Zapier is preferred.

Responsibilities

The LATAM ERP Solution Consultant, Implementation will be responsible for pre-sales activities including requirements gathering and demos, customer onboarding as a project manager and implementation lead, post-sales support including technical troubleshooting and customizations, and upselling additional functionality. They will also take ownership of the customer’s requirements and problems, serve as the single point of contact, guide customers on leveraging Pipe17 based on best practices, build in-depth customer relationships, lead multiple projects during the implementation phase, and be viewed as an expert in solution design and development.
