As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for growing revenue within an established client base, conducting Quarterly Business Reviews, negotiating contract renewals, cross-sells, and upsells, and proactively managing customer success to deliver consistent value. You will also advise customers on best practices for securing their business, troubleshoot challenges, resolve customer issues, and maintain a structured cadence with named accounts, fostering strong customer relationships and advocating for Keeper Security.
