Responsibilities

  • Execute a cohesive social and digital channel strategy, managing the content calendar and optimizing engagement across platforms
  • Lead the planning, execution, and continual optimization of digital marketing campaigns to support corporate marketing and sales objectives
  • Manage SEO/SEM strategy, digital advertising, and paid media to maximize visibility and qualified lead generation
  • Oversee website management and content optimization (WordPress experience strongly preferred), ensuring a seamless user experience and alignment with brand strategy
  • Partner with the downstream marketing team to design and execute email nurture campaigns to engage and convert prospects
  • Analyze campaign performance data, extract insights, and provide actionable recommendations to improve ROI
  • Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Medical Affairs, and Investor Relations to ensure consistent messaging, alignment, and performance tracking
  • Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
