This position seeks an experienced and highly motivated sales professional to manage a sales region. The Sales Executive will be responsible for selling our marketing-leading Identity Management solutions to both end users and channel partners, utilizing all available routes to market. The role requires a deep understanding of client businesses and the competitive landscape, with the goal of identifying needs and ultimately closing business deals. This role also involves building and maintaining trusted relationships with key decision-makers and partners.

Responsibilities

  • Exceed revenue quota goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
  • Address customer and partner inquiries with appropriate solutions.
  • Develop business plans aligned with geographic and business needs.
  • Engage with business partners as appropriate.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to develop and execute marketing plans.
  • Follow up on all leads and update internal systems.
  • Marshal and lead technical resources for product demonstrations.
  • Provide ongoing coverage of accounts with post-sale account managers.
  • Navigate the entire sales cycle, including qualification, presentations, demonstrations, RFP responses, negotiations, and closing.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the territory, including customers, prospects, partners, influencers, and competitors.
  • Understand and communicate product and technological strategies of competitors.
  • Maintain high levels of customer and partner satisfaction.
  • Demonstrate company Core Values.
  • Coordinate and plan sales support activities.
