Requirements

7+ years of progressive experience in program/project management within large-scale enterprise IT environments
Demonstrated expertise in managing cross-functional IT initiatives, ideally in healthcare or regulated industry
Strong understanding of technology delivery lifecycles, DevOps practices, and compliance frameworks
Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills
Experience with executive-level reporting and governance
Ability to provide high speed DSL or cable modem (minimum 25 Mbps download x 10 Mbps upload) for home office; satellite and wireless internet not allowed
Dedicated home office space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect PHI/HIPAA information

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary program manager for IT readiness activities related to Annual Enrollment Period and other critical AEP related activities—overseeing planning, execution, tracking, and closure of multiple concurrent projects
Develop and maintain comprehensive program plans, milestones, and deliverables in partnership with business, technical, and compliance teams
Monitor progress and proactively identify risks, issues, and dependencies; implement mitigation strategies to ensure program objectives are met
Govern technology solutions in alignment with Humana’s DevOps Governance Model, regulatory requirements, and best practices
Facilitate effective communication among project teams, leadership, and business stakeholders to ensure transparency and accountability
Lead program reporting, including preparation of executive dashboards, metrics, and compliance documentation
Manage resource allocation, budget oversight, and vendor relationships as required for program delivery
Drive continuous improvement in program management processes, leveraging lessons learned and performance metrics
