Demonstrated success in negotiating and executing complex partnership agreements within the public sector or highly regulated environments is required, along with experience building or moderating online communities. Proven ability to develop and deliver training programs for diverse stakeholder groups and experience capturing and reporting success metrics using data to drive continuous improvement are also necessary. Strong facilitation and communication skills are essential.
The Strategic Partner Engagement Manager will lead the end-to-end partner-success program to accelerate digital platform adoption by federal and state agencies. This includes negotiating and formalizing agreements, translating agency use cases into implementation plans, and driving platform adoption through tailored onboarding, training, and continuous support. Responsibilities also involve identifying pain points, orchestrating cross-functional solutions, ensuring partners achieve measurable outcomes, strengthening relationships, and surfacing insights for product and go-to-market strategies. Key duties include agreement orchestration, use-case translation, developing onboarding playbooks, designing and delivering training, cultivating online communities, gathering community insights, establishing success metrics and analytics dashboards, managing pain-point triage and escalation, and facilitating community co-design.
