Responsibilities

The User Experience Design Manager will lead the design of digital products for high school coaches, athletes, and teams, focusing on video analysis, team management, and recruiting tools. Responsibilities include shaping and translating user research to understand customer needs, mentoring a team of designers on soft and hard skills, and crafting compelling concepts that align with customer and business needs. The manager will also add clarity to ambiguous problem spaces, collaborate with Engineering, Product, Design, Scrum, and Quality teams to define requirements and deliver user experiences, advocate for design excellence, and measure the results of delivered solutions.
