The Digital Adoption Specialist must have experience designing and executing scalable adoption programs that utilize an omni-channel approach combining email and in-app engagement. A strong understanding of customer journeys, data-driven strategies, and collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential. Familiarity with tools like Pendo and Gainsight is preferred.
The Digital Adoption Specialist will build and maintain structured adoption journeys for onboarding and ongoing use, design and run targeted campaigns to promote specific features, and execute ad-hoc adoption motions for timely engagement. This role involves drafting customer-facing copy, analyzing product usage data, reporting on campaign performance, and collaborating with Product, Customer Success, Support, and other teams to improve customer adoption and satisfaction.
