Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Business, Public Administration, Communications, or a related field, coupled with 4-6 years of experience in consulting, customer success, or enterprise account management. A strong understanding of customer success principles, SaaS business models, and digital transformation in the public sector is required, along with familiarity with project management and implementation best practices. Proficiency in CRM tools like Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and collaboration platforms is necessary, as are strong analytical and communication skills, the ability to manage multiple client relationships and priorities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Experience with SaaS platforms and digital tools is preferred.
The Experience Partner 2 will manage a portfolio of up to 30 mid-tier clients, participating in pre-sales discovery, leading implementation coordination, and ensuring long-term client success through strategic engagement and program reviews. This role involves identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, serving as the primary point of contact throughout the client lifecycle, maintaining accurate client records, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and timely delivery.
