Candidates should possess over 5 years of B2B sales experience, ideally within the IT industry, with a proven track record as a hunter salesperson in recruiting and signing new business, preferably in B2B partnerships, channel sales, or service provider recruitment. A strong understanding of IT infrastructure, systems, and services is essential, along with excellent communication and negotiation skills, the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks, and strong attention to detail for data analysis. Proficiency in closing sales, creating need and urgency, building rapport, listening effectively, understanding customer needs, managing pipelines, and utilizing additional channels like LinkedIn and social media are crucial. Familiarity with the Service Provider market, their pain points, and solutions is also required. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
The Strategic Partner Account Executive will identify and recruit top-tier service providers in the IT field to join the Acronis network, focusing on potential to grow $100k ARR. This role involves working with the marketing team and Sr. Director of Strategic Recruitment to develop campaigns and leads, and collaborating with the Sports team to target specific Service Providers with the #TeamUp program. Key duties include developing a named list of target accounts, managing the entire sales cycle from lead qualification to contract negotiation and closing, supporting marketing by running regional events for large Service Providers, and documenting progress in Salesforce. The executive will establish relationships with key decision-makers, negotiate contracts, and fully document and handover strategic accounts to the management team. Additionally, they will monitor and evaluate service provider performance, collaborate with internal teams to address issues, stay updated on industry trends, and maintain a high level of technical competence on Acronis products.
