Requirements

Candidates must have 4+ years of experience in Partner Sales, Channel Management, Cloud and Tech Alliances, preferably in the Cloud or FinOps industry. They should be comfortable carrying a partner sales quota, developing new partner opportunities, and have a proven track record of growing successful partner sales relationships. A strong understanding of partner ecosystems and channel sales, excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, and proficiency with CRM systems like Salesforce are required. Strategic thinking, the ability to work independently and collaboratively, and a passion for driving results are also essential.

Responsibilities

The Account Executive will be responsible for developing and implementing partner sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets, identifying, recruiting, and onboarding new MSP partners, and building strong, long-term relationships with them. They will provide partners with sales enablement resources, collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams, and track and analyze partner performance to optimize results. Additionally, they will lead joint go-to-market efforts, serve as the primary point of contact for partners, and report on partner sales performance and trends.
