The Vice President of Provider Talent Acquisition will build and lead a high-performing provider recruitment team, driving national hiring strategies to support rapid clinical growth. Responsibilities include optimizing sourcing, systems, and candidate experience through data and automation, partnering with clinical, finance, and ops leaders to forecast needs, and representing recruiting metrics and insights at senior and Board levels.
