Requirements

Candidates must have at least 5 years of experience in B2B SaaS or cannabis tech, with a focus on partnerships, channel sales, or business development. Responsibilities

The Director of Partnerships will identify and onboard new third-party partners within the cannabis ecosystem, building scalable referral and reseller programs. They will train partners on Sweed's offerings and drive qualified lead generation through partner channels, collaborating with sales leadership to activate high-ROI partnerships and contribute to ARR growth. Responsibilities also include launching and managing co-branded marketing campaigns, embedding partners in key company events, and establishing a governance model for partner operations and attribution.
