  • Ability to synthesize and discuss technical requirements, demo platform and features effortlessly, and develop creative technical solutions with internal and external stakeholders

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, identifying key stakeholders and building connections with core teams and influential leaders
  • Oversee partnership, commercial, and technical matters (strategic and tactical); create and implement strategies to boost customer product adoption, engagement, growth at scale, driving revenue and mutually beneficial outcomes
  • Lead all major partnership initiatives, including regular touchpoints, business reviews, technical escalations, and ongoing projects; ensure expectations and SLAs are met through understanding of customer goals/KPIs
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to the customer and educate them on product use, benefits, and industry knowledge
  • Advocate for customers to internal teams, sharing feedback and insights with Product, Operations, Engineering, Support, and Sales for innovation and improvement
