Strong communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and analytical skills are essential, along with a customer and product-driven mentality. A passion for audio AI and a strong work ethic are also required.
This role involves managing an enterprise book of business, developing the Customer Success playbook, and building strong client relationships to drive their success. Responsibilities include client onboarding, defining best practices, measuring and improving customer satisfaction, monitoring product usage, and owning NRR and customer health KPIs.
