Candidates should possess 3+ years of experience in customer success or account management within a SaaS company, along with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences which is a plus. They should also demonstrate strong expertise in hosting virtual webinars and workshops, proficiency in account management metrics, and exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
As a Customer Success Manager, you will proactively engage with clients through various channels, onboard new users by demonstrating platform features and delivering value-driven solutions to enhance user engagement and drive renewals. You will monitor user satisfaction, identify client needs, coordinate training and support, and develop customer advocates while collaborating with internal teams such as medical illustration, product, and marketing to ensure customer needs are met. Furthermore, you will contribute to product enhancements and support other internal teams by continuously seeking ways to improve the customer success playbook.
