Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree, and professional designations such as CPCU, CIC, or similar are preferred. They must hold a valid Property and Casualty license and have 3 to 5 years of industry experience, including knowledge of insurance company contracts, proprietary insurer systems, agency management systems, and claim knowledge. Strong personal insurance experience working with high-net-worth clients and prospects is also required.
The Relationship Manager will serve as the primary contact for clients, providing world-class client service, technical expertise, and proactive risk management. They will review client exposures and loss experience, advise on complex risk exposures, create and present private risk management renewal proposals, leverage the firm’s holistic platform including employee benefits and commercial insurance, cultivate relationships with insurance company partners, and identify opportunities to improve firm processes while bringing issues to the attention of appropriate leadership.
