The Sr. Manager of Revenue Operations & Insights will partner with leadership to shape go-to-market strategy, optimize revenue performance, and deliver insights to drive growth. Responsibilities include assessing forecasting and pipeline health, developing analytics roadmaps, launching initiatives to improve pipeline visibility and forecast accuracy, and implementing scalable, automated go-to-market systems. This role involves leading annual planning cycles with data-driven territory and quota design, reducing manual processes, improving data hygiene, and equipping teams to increase account penetration and product portfolio adoption. The individual will also own the development of data-driven insights, translate complex data into actionable recommendations, champion analytics and automation, build and manage dashboards, and deliver executive-level insights to inform strategic decisions.
