Responsibilities

The Director of Go-To-Market will drive revenue growth and customer acquisition by initiating, scoping, and leading cross-functional projects related to customer adoption and retention, particularly for Education & Curriculum products. They will lead the Education GTM team, directing strategy for sales, sales enablement, marketing, events, and customer success in collaboration with central teams. This role involves partnering with Finance and the VP/GM of Education to develop goals, identify resourcing needs, and implement systems improvements. The Director will own and manage end-to-end projects impacting the customer journey, develop and track metrics, facilitate decision-making, and balance short-term and long-term business objectives with a focus on customer experience.
