Requirements

Candidates should possess at least 5 years of experience in Revenue/Sales Operations, with a focus on enhancing sales processes, sales tools, reporting, metrics, and policies. They should demonstrate strategic thinking, utilizing data and instinct to develop solutions to complex issues, and possess a strong understanding of CRMs, particularly Salesforce (SFDC). Familiarity with sales tools such as Outreach, Gong, Marketo, and Gainsight is also required.

Responsibilities

The Manager of Revenue Operations, Process & Optimization will lead and manage a team focused on driving operational excellence across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success functions, overseeing and optimizing key revenue operations processes, ensuring alignment between cross-functional teams, and implementing strategies that drive revenue growth and improve overall business performance. They will collaborate with senior leadership and internal stakeholders to streamline processes, improve forecasting accuracy, and implement scalable solutions, delivering data-driven insights and recommending process optimizations to accelerate sales performance as a trusted advisor to various teams.
