The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of experience in revenue operations or related fields, with at least 5 years in leadership roles at high-growth startups or SaaS organizations. They must possess demonstrated success in building scalable revenue systems, including experience with sales pipeline optimization, forecasting, consumption pricing, and compensation models. A deep knowledge of SaaS business models and familiarity with sales and marketing metrics, CRMs (Salesforce, HubSpot), and analytics tools are essential. Exceptional communication skills, strong leadership background, and deep expertise in data analysis are also required. An eagerness to explore AI-driven solutions is preferred.
The VP of Revenue Operations will build and execute a data-driven revenue operations strategy across the GTM organization, collaborating across departments to ensure seamless communication and alignment. They will design and refine pipeline models, implement scalable systems, and own sales and partner forecasting models. This role involves providing executive-level reporting, developing and executing sales-led pricing strategies, and overseeing the creation of sales compensation frameworks. Additionally, the VP will build, lead, and mentor a team of revenue operations professionals and stay ahead of emerging technologies, applying AI to solve challenges in pipeline management, forecasting, and revenue visualization.
