Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in Revenue or Sales Operations roles, ideally in B2B SaaS.
  • Proven ability to prioritize and manage cross-functional projects, balancing speed and quality in a high-growth environment.
  • Demonstrated success in vendor and tool management, from evaluation to implementation and ROI tracking.
  • Strategic thinker with a bias toward execution—comfortable moving between long-term planning and day-to-day problem-solving.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce and common GTM tools (e.g., Gong, Outreach, Marketo, Zendesk).
  • Passion for data, process, and simplicity—alongside the curiosity to challenge legacy approaches and drive change.
  • Previous leadership experience, with a track record of building and scaling teams, developing talent, and creating a high-performance culture.

  • Lead a team focused on driving clarity, consistency, and performance across Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and Customer Success.
  • Shape how the GTM engine operates, what is prioritized, and how fast we move.
