Candidates should possess 8+ years of experience in Revenue or Sales Operations roles, specifically within B2B SaaS, and demonstrate a proven ability to prioritize and manage cross-functional projects while balancing speed and quality in a high-growth environment. They should have experience with vendor and tool management, including evaluation, implementation, and ROI tracking, alongside a strategic mindset and a bias toward execution, comfortable navigating both long-term planning and day-to-day problem-solving. Furthermore, candidates are expected to have hands-on experience with Salesforce and common Go-to-Market tools such as Gong, Outreach, Marketo, and Zendesk, and a passion for data, process, and simplicity, complemented by a curiosity to challenge existing approaches and drive change.
As the Director of Revenue Operations, the individual will lead a team focused on driving clarity, consistency, and performance across Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and Customer Success, reporting to the Vice President of Revenue Operations. They will be responsible for shaping how the organization operates, prioritizing initiatives, and ensuring the GTM engine keeps pace with growth, ultimately serving as the connective tissue that holds the Go-to-Market engine together. This role involves monitoring and evaluating systems, tools, and insights to optimize performance and drive strategic decision-making, as well as building and scaling teams, developing talent, and fostering a high-performance culture.
