This role is a key leadership position responsible for providing data-driven insights and strategic direction to support business decisions through the management and analysis of large datasets, development of performance dashboards, and ensuring accurate reporting to drive operational efficiency and business growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain performance dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI and SQL.
- Provide actionable insights based on data analysis to support business decisions.
- Utilize Salesforce.com for data extraction, management, and end-to-end sales process reporting.
- Support strategic planning initiatives by providing data-driven insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align analytics with business objectives.
- Create forecasting tools and metrics.
- Analyze revenue quota, forecast, and budget variance in partnership with Sales and Post-Sales leaders.
Requirements
- 7-10 years of experience in business analytics, data analysis, or a related field.
- Proven track record of supporting revenue operations and providing insights that drive business decisions.
- Extensive experience working with Salesforce CRM tools, including data extraction, management, and reporting.
- Skilled in using Power BI for creating dashboards, data visualization, and generating actionable insights.
- Strong SQL skills for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis.
- Ability to analyze large datasets, identify trends, and provide data-driven recommendations.
- Experience in a SaaS or technology-driven company is preferred.
- Familiarity with other data visualization tools like Tableau is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively present findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working in a collaborative environment with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, IT, and Customer Service.
