Requirements

Candidates should possess at least 3 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Partner Operations, ideally within a high-growth B2B SaaS environment. They must have proven expertise in sales process design, funnel analysis, forecasting, and revenue planning, along with advanced skills in Excel/Google Sheets and familiarity with BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI. Experience with SQL or similar data query tools is a plus, and a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field, or an MBA, is preferred.

Responsibilities

As a Senior Analyst, Revenue Operations, the individual will serve as a strategic partner across go-to-market planning, processes, systems, and analytics, collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams to drive alignment and visibility. They will lead sales funnel analytics and reporting, drive forecasting accuracy, oversee revenue planning and sales capacity planning, optimize sales processes, define KPIs and build dashboards, surface insights to shape sales strategies, and partner with Finance to align compensation plans. Furthermore, they will support executive and board-level reporting with performance insights and projections, and collaborate with Sales and Marketing to identify and eliminate friction points in the buyer journey.
