Requirements

Candidates must be fluent in French (native or equivalent) and English, with a proven track record in closing new business and managing territories and customer relationships. A minimum of 10 years of experience in technology sales, preferably in Databases, is required, along with Sandler methodology training or equivalent. Experience selling into Global 2000 companies and understanding of services sales are also necessary. Familiarity with the Open-Source Software market is preferred.

Responsibilities

The Senior Account Executive will be responsible for growing the client base by acquiring new customers and maximizing upsell/cross-sell opportunities within the existing customer base. This role involves switching between Enterprise Sales cycles and Mid-Market selling, demonstrating a hunter's mentality for closing deals of all sizes, and building relationships with senior-level executives. The individual will work independently, be solution-driven, take ownership of their territory, and collaborate across multi-stakeholder groups to solve problems. Accurate forecasting and quota achievement are key performance indicators.
