The Major Account Executive will be responsible for prospecting and closing new business across the West region, identifying, nurturing, and closing opportunities with new customers. They will manage forecasts, track customer data, and articulate the value of Grafana products. Responsibilities include managing the entire sales process, from prospecting and product demos to proofs of concept, proposals, and negotiations, as well as managing the sales pipeline in Salesforce and handling quote creation and order processing.
