The Senior Business Development Manager will drive sales for Keywords Studios’ diverse service lines, particularly Player Engagement, including Player Support, Player Safety, Helpshift ticketing platform, and Community Management. They will lead strategic sales initiatives, build lasting client relationships, expand service offerings, and contribute to strategic customer review meetings, ensuring long-term client success and fostering strong internal and external partnerships.
