Requirements

Candidates should have over 5 years of experience managing complex projects and technical implementations, with more than 3 years in a client-facing role. Proven experience interfacing with engineering and product teams is required, along with the ability to engage with all organizational levels. Strong communication, presentation, problem-solving, and analytical skills are essential, as is familiarity with technical implementations and their alignment with business objectives. Foundational knowledge of SQL and proficiency in Google Docs, PowerPoint, Excel, and CSV files are also necessary.

Responsibilities

The Solutions Engineer will facilitate technical integrations with Omada’s customers and partners, supporting both customer-facing and engineering teams with product prioritization and strategy. Key responsibilities include educating internal teams on Omada’s business systems, determining integration requirements, advising on solutions, and collaborating with product and engineering teams. The role involves working closely with commercial teams to understand customer needs, participating in customer meetings, designing solutions, explaining complex technical issues to non-technical stakeholders, coordinating cross-functionally, adapting product offerings, and serving as the technical point of contact for implementations.
