Requirements

Responsibilities

The Operations Manager will own and execute initiatives to improve client performance and shape the Pearl Platform's capabilities. Responsibilities include managing and scaling patient engagement services, supporting the development of a client performance management system, and collaborating with R&D, Customer Success, Clinical Strategy, and Analytics teams. The role involves identifying product and operational improvements, making data-driven recommendations, and building scalable systems to track success indicators.
