Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, along with at least 3 years of experience in a technical role, preferably within the gaming or SaaS industry. Strong technical understanding of APIs, software architecture, and integration processes is essential, as is excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
The Solution Engineer will engage with customer technical teams to resolve challenges, manage customer onboarding and integration, and coordinate internal launch announcements to ensure operational readiness and support. They will proactively manage customer-related technical issues and escalations, partner closely with Customer Success and Integration Managers, translate technical details into clear communication for stakeholders, and play a key role in understanding and communicating the product roadmap.
