Experience with integrating adjacent systems such as Zuora, Jira, BI tooling, and OpenAI is necessary. Proficiency in advanced technical configurations like SOQL queries, Apex development, automation scripts, and complex workflow rules is also required. Familiarity with AI solutions and their application in business systems is expected.
The Business Systems Engineer will own and execute the GTM systems roadmap, designing, building, and scaling the architecture that powers growth. Responsibilities include partnering with GTM leaders to translate business strategy into scalable systems design and technical solutions, defining and maintaining the GTM systems architecture, and driving the AI strategy for GTM systems. The role involves owning the configuration, administration, and continuous improvement of core GTM systems, building and maintaining integrations with adjacent systems, and evaluating, selecting, and implementing new GTM tools and technologies. Additionally, the engineer will evolve and maintain custom AI solutions to support business use cases and identify, build, and maintain workflow automations to reduce manual work and improve accuracy.
