The Solutions Engineer will be an early member of the go-to-market team and will significantly impact Graphite's growth. They will spearhead the development of the customer success function, provide exceptional support to customers, and build strong relationships. Additionally, they will iterate on product demo scripts, capture common technical support questions, and create tools to improve documentation and educational resources.
Monitors and visualizes time-series data
