Experience working closely with enterprise engineering and product teams is also required.
The Technical Account Manager will own and drive strategic account plans focused on adoption milestones, usage expansion, and revenue growth, partnering with internal technical teams to help customers design and optimize workflows for production-grade AI systems. They will also translate real-world challenges from customer environments into actionable feedback for product and engineering teams, track customer health, identify signs of friction or opportunity, and develop engagement strategies. Furthermore, the role involves facilitating technical enablement content creation, leading customer touchpoints such as roadmap sessions and QBRs, and serving as the internal voice of the customer in planning and go-to-market alignment.
