Requirements

Responsibilities

As a Senior Technical Consultant, the individual will own the technical strategy for a portfolio of Enterprise accounts, ensuring customers maximize the value of Vercel. They will advocate for Vercel-first solutions, lead technical reviews and performance assessments, influence customer adoption of Vercel features, work cross-functionally with Customer Success Managers, Product, and Engineering to resolve customer challenges, and provide structured technical feedback to internal teams. Additionally, they will drive strategic technical initiatives within key accounts and contribute to internal enablement efforts.
