Responsibilities

Drive major initiatives to maximize the number of clients served in the Social Security Disability vertical
Report to the General Manager (Peter Bailinson) and work closely with company leaders across marketing, product, client experience, operations, finance, and more
Launch new client acquisition channels through rapid test-and-learn pilots (e.g., partnerships with Series E startups, new digital marketing platforms, scrappy OOH visual campaigns)
Lead cross-functional teams to integrate AI into the client funnel, including building financial models, selecting vendors, evaluating services, and rolling out solutions
Craft plans for significant investments (e.g., $750K to redo the website), including interviewing clients and users, researching peers, prioritizing features, and managing agencies
