Responsibilities

  • Drive major initiatives to maximize the number of clients served in the Social Security Disability vertical
  • Report to the General Manager (Peter Bailinson) and work closely with company leaders across marketing, product, client experience, operations, finance, and more
  • Launch new client acquisition channels through rapid test-and-learn pilots (e.g., partnerships with Series E startups, new digital marketing platforms, scrappy OOH visual campaigns)
  • Lead cross-functional teams to integrate AI into the client funnel, including building financial models, selecting vendors, evaluating services, and rolling out solutions
  • Craft plans for significant investments (e.g., $750K to redo the website), including interviewing clients and users, researching peers, prioritizing features, and managing agencies
