Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, along with at least 2 years of experience in customer support, preferably in a technical environment. Frontend development experience with Next.js is required, and a strong understanding of modern web architecture, frontend frameworks like React, cloud technologies, serverless computing, and DNS is essential. Applicants should also demonstrate experience with incident management and procedural communication, as well as exceptional communication skills.

Responsibilities

The Customer Support Engineer will be responsible for resolving customer concerns, troubleshooting customer issues alongside the engineering team, working with other Vercel teams to provide advice and assistance, developing and improving internal tools alongside engineering, specializing in a few product areas and owning them within the team, improving existing and identifying new internal documentation, processes and policies, and assisting Customer Success Managers with Enterprise requests.
