Responsibilities

  • Drive renewals, identify and grow opportunities
  • Ensure customer retention and identify/address renewal risks
  • Be responsible for a set account list of Digital Experience customers in Eastern Europe
  • Work with clients and partners to ensure value and adoption of solutions
  • Support customers with their issues and concerns as needed
  • Keep customer satisfaction high to achieve outstanding retention
  • Act as the single point of contact for existing clients covering all Digital Experience solutions
  • Manage contract renewals, retain and grow existing business
  • Set expectations for customer experience and keep account information up-to-date
  • Become a trusted advisor for clients
