Requirements

  • 2+ years of quota-carrying experience (e.g., Renewals, Sales, Account Management), preferably in a SaaS organization
  • Ability to uncover issues, remove roadblocks, and champion clients
  • Data focus to support forecasting and reporting
  • Ability to help identify and implement best-practice processes and procedures around renewals
  • Understanding revenue recognition policies and negotiating License and SaaS agreements with a mindset of achieving mutually positive outcomes
  • Capable of managing a large book of business of varying sizes

  • Experience handling a pipeline and closing large contracts

Responsibilities

  • Effectively engage with key decision-makers to identify customer requirements and uncover roadblocks to ensure timely commitments
  • Maintain and report an accurate rolling 180-day forecast of renewals
  • Negotiate and execute renewal contracts (in partnership with legal) that align with customer goals
  • Discover and identify up-sell/cross-sell opportunities upon contract renewal to maximize customer growth
  • Communicate risk clearly and take the lead in developing resolution strategies, escalating wherever appropriate
  • Serve as the voice of the customer and collect feedback to drive continuous improvement across all areas, including product
  • Set customers up for future success by curating use-case recommendations and educating customers on relevant new features and opportunities to grow with Jasper
