Ema is building the next generation AI technology to empower every employee in the enterprise to be their most creative and productive. Who You Are

  • An experienced sales professional with a strong background in customer experience (CX) solutions, particularly AI-driven technologies that enhance customer engagement.
  • Possesses a deep understanding of the market and its real-world applications.
  • Excels in building relationships with senior executives, driving complex sales cycles, and successfully closing high-value deals.
  • Demonstrates expertise in lead generation, client engagement, and pipeline management, utilizing interpersonal skills, technical acumen, and strategic thinking.
  • Thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys contributing to the growth of a startup.

Responsibilities

  • Outbound Prospecting: Generate new leads and expand the company’s presence within targeted enterprises.
  • Relationship Building: Build and nurture relationships with key executives and engage in high-level conversations across various industries.
  • Pipeline Management: Develop, maintain, and track a robust pipeline of qualified leads, managing accounts through the sales stages and converting prospects into paying customers.
  • Contract Negotiation: Work closely with internal teams to negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients.
  • Market Awareness: Stay up-to-date on market trends, industry dynamics, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.

Requirements

  • Experience: 6+ years of outbound sales experience, with a history of hitting quarterly and yearly sales targets.
  • Sales Performance: Proven success in closing a quota of $750K or more.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, with experience articulating complex concepts related to customer experience solutions.
  • Sales Tool Proficiency: Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Hubspot.
  • Analytical Mindset: An avid learner of AI and CX technologies who can quickly grasp fundamentals and apply them to business situations.
  • Ability: Implied ability to quickly learn and apply AI and CX technologies.
