Higher education
At least 1 year of experience in a similar position
Experience in IT, particularly in local area network support and/or technical support, is an advantage
Understanding of local area network architecture and data transmission protocols (TCP/IP stack, etc.); ability to configure computers for operation
Knowledge of Windows operating systems, ability to install and configure OS and application software; basic knowledge of electrical engineering and computer hardware
Understanding of computer and network security principles, web application security, and knowledge of security tools and principles
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), proficiency in Internet and web browsers
Experience with office equipment (fax, scanner, multifunctional devices)
Diligence, client orientation, responsibility, and communication skills
Responsibilities
Participation and leadership in debugging, pilot operation, and phase implementation of the “Chestny ZNAK” system
Preparation of methodological materials, instructions, and other technical documentation related to the creation and use of the “Chestny ZNAK” system
Investigation of system failures and malfunctions, development and implementation of proposals to eliminate and prevent them, as well as to improve the quality and reliability of the “Chestny ZNAK” system
Communication with support line staff to promptly resolve user issues
Creation of requests for the elimination of technical and functional failures
Development of training materials and conducting user training on current or new software functionality
Creation and regular testing of recovery plans for the software components of the information and communication system after failures
Testing and validation of software functionality improvements
Configuration and access rights management for users of the software
Regular updating of workstation operating systems, information security tools, network devices, as well as backup of software and operating systems
Monitoring of user workstations, detection and removal of viruses, and configuration of system security settings
Installation of antivirus software and identification of information security threats on workstations
