Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues raised by Clients and Therapists via Phone and Live Chat
- Dig deep into problems to identify root causes and collaborate with Product teams to improve the platform
- Assist and educate customers on the Grow Therapy platform, providing great customer service
- Serve as the customer's go-to resource and passionate advocate, ensuring Clients and Therapists feel heard and supported
