Campus is on a mission to accelerate the talent of tomorrow and reimagine what college can (and should) be. The problem is clear: college costs have skyrocketed, but outcomes haven’t. Traditional college hasn’t kept up with the aspirations of today’s students—and they can’t afford to wait.
At Campus, we’ve built a two-year, accredited college where students learn from top professors at universities like Princeton, Stanford, and Howard, in live, online classes. Our students graduate with in-demand business and AI skills—ready to launch their careers or transfer to top four-year universities. Our unique approach is grounded in a pioneering technology platform and a heavily-researched student success model that offers students dedicated advisors and on-demand tutoring and coaching. We were also named one of Fast Company's Most Innovative Companies of 2024.
We’re backed by an exceptional investor team that believes deeply in our vision for the future of education, including General Catalyst, Founders Fund, Bloomberg Beta, 8VC, Rethink Education, Sam Altman, Jason Citron, Shaquille O’Neal, and others.
The world has changed. Higher ed needs to catch up, and we’re leading the way - come join us!
Campus is seeking experienced, mission-driven, student-centered IT instructors to deliver high-impact, online courses as part of our technology programs. As a Professor in the Associate of Science in Information Technology program, you will lead engaging, career-focused courses that provide students with the foundational skills and technical competencies needed to launch or advance in the IT field. Primary courses instructed will include:
These focus on hardware and software troubleshooting, operating systems, network configuration, and system maintenance aligned with industry certifications. Professors are not required to be certified; a combination of education and experience will suffice.
You may also have the opportunity to teach courses in Linux administration, AWS cloud foundations and architecture, cybersecurity, project management, and data visualization—each designed to expand students' technical toolkits and prepare them for real-world roles in IT. Through your instruction, students will build confidence using current technologies, preparing for certifications, and developing the skills necessary for entry-level employment or continued study in a four-year degree program.
While a foundational curriculum is provided, instructors are encouraged to personalize the learning experience by developing their own lecture materials, slide decks, examples, and enhancements that reflect their professional background and teaching style. Your creativity and real-world insights help bring the content to life and make a lasting impact on students from all backgrounds.
