Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain custom reporting in Quickbase system
  • Assist with month-end reporting and potential gross rent
  • Assist with migrations of property management software and Quickbase system
  • Create and implement new Microsoft forms for takeovers surveys and Due Diligence
  • Develop and expand running reports in new Microsoft reporting platforms
  • Build, expand, and maintain running reports in new Microsoft reporting platforms
  • Assist with integration of systems into Microsoft Flow workflow product
  • Develop and maintain the Microsoft dynamic CRM platform within Office 365
  • Develop and implement new functionality for Microsoft CRM platform
  • Assist with data analysis and reporting, including assessing and verifying the effectiveness and accuracy of new data sources
