Requirements

Candidates should possess strong communication skills and at least 2 years of experience in a technical support or customer-facing role. Experience building workflows in tools like Slack, Jira, and Zapier is required, along with experience writing support content and being on-call. Intermediate SQL capabilities and experience with Git and CI/CD are also necessary. Preferred qualifications include experience with AI tools, monitoring and error reporting tools, building MVC framework applications, C#, .NET Core, JS, Typescript, and React.

Responsibilities

The Support Engineer will execute on-call runbooks, work with the Product team to reproduce bug reports, and collaborate with Engineering by diving into the codebase. They will also identify opportunities to improve support processes, automate repetitive tasks, and use AI to solve problems faster. This role involves applying technology to real-world issues, connecting systems, and shaping future work processes.
