Requirements

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung in einem medizinischen oder technischen Beruf (Studium der Medizintechnik Uni/FH oder als staatlich geprüfter Medizintechniker bevorzugt)
  • Ausgeprägte Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen im Bereich der gesetzlichen Vorschriften für medizintechnische Geräte und Anlagen (wünschenswert)
  • Eigenverantwortung im Bereich der Instandhaltung von medizinischen Geräten
  • Gründliche, selbstständige und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
  • Bereitschaft zu umfangreicher Reisetätigkeit innerhalb Deutschlands, bei Bedarf international (u.a. Österreich und Schweiz)
  • Hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative, Ziel-, Kunden- und Teamorientierung
  • Sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Responsibilities

  • Hardware/Software-Unterstützung: Systeminstallation, Instandhaltung, Kalibrierung, Upgrades, Fehlerbehebung und Reparatur, Demo-Systemwartung und Vorbereitungen für Kongresse
  • Field Service-Dokumentation/Berichte und Weiterleiten/Kommunizieren von Service-Informationen in ausschließlich englischer Sprache
  • Unterstützung und technische Hilfe für In-house-Schulungen und Kongresse
  • Unterstützung der Ausbildung in den Bereichen Systemwartung und Fehlerbehebung für Medizintechnik-Abteilungen im Krankenhaus
  • Umfangreiche Reisetätigkeit innerhalb Deutschlands, bei Bedarf auch international
  • Koordinierung der jährlichen Systemwartungen
  • Eigenverantwortliche Analyse der unterschiedlichen Kundenanforderungen bei voll integrierten Systemen in der Region EMEA
  • Projektierung und Koordination von integrierten Systemen: Vom ersten Kundengespräch und der Begehung des Labors, Absprache mit den involvierten technischen Abteilungen, Erstellung der notwendigen Dokumentationen, Installation des Equipments sowie Übergabe nach der Installation in der Region EMEA
  • Einbindung von integrierten und mobilen Systemen an das bestehende Krankenhausnetzwerk
