Requirements

  • Live in the area of Innsbruck, Kufstein, Seefeld or similar (home office based)
  • Completed training (apprenticeship / HTL / studies) in medical technology, electrical engineering, information technology, mechatronics or comparable
  • Good technical/analytical skills, enthusiasm for technology, ability to read circuit diagrams
  • Preferably IT-affine with experience in Linux operating systems, network technology, and server solutions
  • Strong communication skills and team player
  • Preferably experience in field service with required willingness to travel
  • Ability to work independently with high degree of personal responsibility and self-organization
  • Fluent German and good English skills
  • Possession of a valid car driving license (PKW-Führerschein)

Responsibilities

  • Perform scheduled maintenance and repair of medical-technical devices according to technical documentation or modification instructions
  • Independently diagnose technical problems and resolve them on-site at the customer or online using service tools
  • Complete all administrative tasks on time (especially daily service reports, weekly work sheets, maintenance protocols, and other required documents)
  • Regularly participate in trainings for technical innovations domestically and internationally
  • Ensure timely maintenance and calibration of your own test and measurement equipment
  • Install products on-site at the customer and commission systems according to valid standards and regulations
