Requirements

Completed education (apprenticeship / HTL / university) in the field of medical technology, electrical engineering, information technology, mechatronics and/or a comparable education
Good technical/analytical skills, a passion for technology and the ability to read circuit diagrams
Preferably IT-savvy and have experience with Linux operating systems, network technology and server solutions
Strong communication skills and are a team player
Preferably already have experience in field service and have the necessary willingness to travel
Work independently and have a high degree of self-responsibility and self-organization
Fluent German and good English skills
Valid driver's license

Responsibilities

Plan the maintenance and repair of medical devices, according to technical documentation or modification instructions
Independently diagnose technical problems and solve them at the customer site or online using our service tools
Timely complete all administrative tasks (especially daily service reports, weekly worksheets, maintenance protocols and other required documents)
Regularly participate in training for technical innovations in Austria and abroad
Ensure the timely maintenance and calibration of your own and testing equipment
Install our products on-site at the customer and take over these systems according to valid standards and regulations
