Requirements

  • Completed education (apprenticeship / HTL / university) in the field of medical technology, electrical engineering, information technology, mechatronics and/or a comparable education
  • Good technical/analytical skills, a passion for technology and the ability to read circuit diagrams
  • Preferably IT-savvy and have experience with Linux operating systems, network technology and server solutions
  • Strong communication skills and are a team player
  • Preferably already have experience in field service and have the necessary willingness to travel
  • Work independently and have a high degree of self-responsibility and self-organization
  • Fluent German and good English skills
  • Valid driver's license

Responsibilities

  • Plan the maintenance and repair of medical devices, according to technical documentation or modification instructions
  • Independently diagnose technical problems and solve them at the customer site or online using our service tools
  • Timely complete all administrative tasks (especially daily service reports, weekly worksheets, maintenance protocols and other required documents)
  • Regularly participate in training for technical innovations in Austria and abroad
  • Ensure the timely maintenance and calibration of your own and testing equipment
  • Install our products on-site at the customer and take over these systems according to valid standards and regulations
