Capital sales experience in a complex decision-making environment is preferred. Strong analytical, communication, negotiation, organizational, problem-solving, facilitation, and presentation skills are essential. The role requires a high level of motivation, drive, curiosity, resilience, dedication, and integrity, along with effective influencing skills. Candidates must reside in Eastern Pennsylvania, have a valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and be able to drive an automobile. Travel up to 50%-75% with overnight stays is expected.

Responsibilities include generating new sales opportunities, maintaining existing business, meeting quotas, and updating CRM systems.
