Requirements

  • 1-2 years of field service experience in electrical/mechanical fields (or basic knowledge of electrical/computer/network for inexperienced candidates)
  • Communication skills to logically explain issues to customers
  • Ability to propose and implement operational improvements
  • Skill to read manuals and perform inspections/repairs accurately
  • Ability to escalate and resolve issues at customer sites
  • Regular driver's license

Responsibilities

  • Perform new installation and introduction of medical equipment (image diagnostic equipment) in hospitals
  • Perform maintenance inspections and故障 repair of customer equipment to ensure stable operation, including billing
  • Communicate with customers and maintain/improve customer satisfaction
  • Receive customer complaints and escalate them to internal and external stakeholders to resolve problems
  • Actively discuss and implement improvements with internal stakeholders based on issues discovered through work
  • Contribute to share gain as a service in collaboration with the assigned sales representative
  • Build good relationships with affiliated dealers and develop business in the region as a business partner
